We promote, support, and develop projects and practices that celebrate the interdependence of all creations.

KEY PRINCIPLES OF ECOSYSTEM DESIGN

Diversity is conducive to health, unity, and harmony. Homogeneity leads to division, exclusion and leads to sickness of the whole/ecosystem. The natural Ebb and Flow for all members of the ecosystem is essential to the health of all -understanding that like life and death opposite/ contrary forces have an interconnected, complimentary and interdependent relationship to each other is fundamental to all of existence. Our central attention is to the study, teaching and support of ecosystem design practices and principles.

STUDY & SHARE

Fully and physically participate in the places, relationships, and communities calling for action. Service is expressed through presence, labor, care, and collaboration. Energy and resources are wielded as manifestations of love and commitment, rather than extraction or transaction.

PARTICIPATE & SERVE

Study the patterns of thriving ecosystems, cultural lifeways, and the teachings of lived experience. Notice and name what is both in front of us and within us, with honesty, compassion, pride, and gratitude. Share knowledge through mentoring, nurturing, and facilitating EcoDesign practices across leaders, organizations, and mission-driven projects.

LEAD & ACT

Leadership arises from clarity of calling and responsibility to what matters. Action is taken when alignment is recognized, even when it requires courage, recalibration, or steadiness under pressure. To lead is to move values into form; to act is to respond when the moment requires embodiment rather than theory.

LISTEN & FOLLOW

Listening attunes to land, body, intuition, ancestry, and community. Direction is revealed through paying attention to subtle patterns rather than external urgency. Following honors the intelligence of ecosystems and the quiet coherence of what is true.

WITNESS & TESTIMONY

Witnessing acknowledges what is present without avoidance or distortion. Dedication to witnessing one’s path and calling invites clarity of place, purpose, and belonging. Testimony gives voice to lived reality and shared experience, cultivating memory, accountability, and meaning.

REGENERATIVE CULTURE & SYSTEMS

Regenerative culture honors the interdependence of flora, fauna, land, water, and people. Support is directed toward business, environmental, and activist projects that restore ecological and cultural balance. Human beings hold the right to live within systems that support thriving ecosystems — where diversity strengthens resilience and opposite forces work in complementary, co-creative cycles.
